At the end of 2023, we started our own production of wire harnesses, which was a significant step in the growth of our company. Since then, we have continuously improved our processes to ensure the highest quality and maximum efficiency in our operations. As part of these changes, we have introduced modern machinery, such as the Komax Alpha 565 automatic machine, which has significantly increased our production capacity. We have also strengthened our cooperation with companies in new industries, carrying out both simple and more advanced wire harness projects.

However, there is one particular type of wire harnesses that we have made for you most often in 2024, reaching almost 4,000 units! And these are harnesses with military connectors.

Wire harnesses with military connectors are characterized by exceptional resistance to demanding environmental conditions, such as extreme temperatures, high humidity, contact with water and dust, strong vibrations, or mechanical shocks. Such harnesses are widely used in military, aviation and telecommunications solutions, where reliability and durability are crucial.

To meet the rigorous criteria in each of these areas, they must:

• Be structurally robust, made possible by the use of high-quality materials, such as aluminum, stainless steel, or polymer composites, which provide resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion.
• Be sealed, equipped with additional gaskets, O-rings, and potting compounds that effectively protect electrical contacts from moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
• Provide reliable signal transmission in electromagnetic environments by using EMI/RFI shielded cables and enclosures with shielding features that protect against electromagnetic and radio frequency interference.
• Exhibit high durability due to the precise design of crimped, soldered, or twisted contacts, ensuring long-lasting and reliable connections.
