New production line has been launched!

We would be lying if we said that this is an entirely new production line. We already have successful implementations behind us. We have been testing, producing, and completing orders for some time now. Before the work began, we worked with customers to tailor our offerings to best meet their needs, to meet their expectations, while drawing on their knowledge to best translate our experience into a new operation. FCA’s team was also joined by people with extensive experience, who became the backbone of this project.

What have we implemented already?

One of the implementations we already have to our credit is the production of wire harnesses for a hydro and engineering construction company, which also has the installation of electrical systems in its service offerings.

Quality, flexibility, time and… price.

The client had been looking for an alternative supplier for some time. What he required from a potential new business partner was high product quality, production flexibility (the ability to implement different bundle designs) and short lead times. The issue of price was also not without significance. Communication was another very important aspect. Our quick response to inquiries and commitment to respond built the customer’s trust in FCA.

Business security is an extremely important aspect. Sometimes even the most important. It is to the business partner that much of the risk is transferred, and it is the business partner who decides to ensure business continuity. It is especially important to us that we meet our customers’ requirements, and that the customer’s business grows, thanks to cooperation with us. We use our knowledge to actively cooperate. In this case, we detected and corrected the mistakes that appeared in the documentation during the implementation of the first batch of the project. As a result, we achieved the design goals, and our cooperation continues to grow.

The new production line is a big challenge for us. However, we know that we are able to meet these requirements and successfully conduct further orders.  There is nothing left to say but: Machines have started, employees are ready, production is officially ready to go!
