What are unsual orders?

 

These are all custom orders from customers who, for a variety of reasons, require the right product fit in stock. We are flexible, offering what customers need to get the project right.

 

With what devices do we wind fiber optic cables?

 

One of our custom personalization services is the winding of fiber optic cables. We use dedicated winders into which we enter all the necessary data, allowing us to automate and speed up these activities. The result is a product that is properly prepared, protected and ready for the onward journey.

Can we also trim the microducts?

 

Yes, we cut microducts, the diameter of which does not exceed 20 mm. This is another of our custom services. The process looks similar to that of fiber optic cables. For customers, this means faster work for installers, who receive a product ready for deployment or fitting. And, as a result, significant labor cost savings.

 

How do we prevent machine errors?

 

All orders are verified a second time – manually, after being rewound and cut by the machine. Such control avoids any disappointment for the customer and the associated time delays in the project.
