Which courier companies do we use when sending shipments?

 

We are constantly developing our portfolio of suppliers. At the moment we are working with trusted courier companies DHL, UPS and Shenker. These are well-recognized companies on the market, which help us to deliver orders to customers quickly and safely.

 

When are courier shipments made?

 

Courier shipments are carried out daily until 4:00 p.m. Each time the customer is informed about the date of delivery.

What is the Full Track Load service?

 

Full Track Load service means full-truckload transportation, and we offer it in cooperation with established transportation companies. Thanks to it, we are able to deliver more orders at the same time.

 

What about damaged goods?

 

At each stage, the goods are subject to a complaints process, and the customer can obtain all the necessary information. We are characterised by full transparency and disclosure – we strive for customer satisfaction with the order placed, even if the goods are damaged. We endeavour to resolve the situation quickly. The transport stage is no exception – we claim the damaged product from the transport company.
