Long-term and comprehensive management of warehouse operations, and often the central warehouse of a customer who has decided to outsource logistics services, requires a professional approach from us.

 

4 steps to successful warehouse service at FCA:

 

✔ We always prepare for the receipt of goods in advance. Delivery of goods to the warehouse is subject to unloading, deconsolidation and labeling, then the shipments go to the right place on the warehouse rack.

 

We work on Quantum’s Qguar WMS Pro system, which allows us to ensure faster receipt and release of goods, among other things.

 

✔ We make the storage of goods dependent on its dimensions, thus protecting it from damage. We respect the environment, and so we store small goods in eco-boxes. Our priority is that the product reaches the customer undamaged, so we take special care to ensure that the shipped product is well protected.

 

✔ When complimenting orders, we are guided by the correct order and maintain priorities, which enables us to provide fast, flawless execution.

 

✔ The release date of the goods is set directly with the customer account manager, who watches over the order and provides the customer with all the necessary information.
